Post 3. My favorite movie

 



My favorite movie is Parasite, a Korean production that I discovered this year in the middle of the quarantine. I liked it because I think the movie shows the social inequalities from the every day to the most extreme situations, also it is wonderfull how the movie takes different characters: thriller, comedy, suspense.

Do this exercise its very difficult for me because wacth movies,  its not something I usually do, so I have seen very few movies in my life but when I do, I preffer drama and comedy movies. I hate horror movies because after seeing them I always have nightmares and I cant sleep peacefully for at least 1 night. I think I am very sensitive to that kind of things.

The most recent movie I saw is Wonder and I totally recommend it! Its not a new movie, its from 2017 but I love movies that show real experiences of someone’s life. Is a movie that leaves you an inspiring feeling and the need to change many  things in society that currently discriminate against many people who are  different from the ordinary.

    Hi Yanara! I'm not surprised that you choose Parasite because it is a great movie, and what I liked the most is what you say that it changes from thriller and suspense, to comedy, whole whole film. I also don't like horror movies, i'm as sensitive as you and I can't sleep.

    Hi!, I have heard of this movie several times already. I think I will definitely see it I imagine it contains a very good critique of inequality. And I can´t watch horror movies either for the same reason!

  I would like to have a job in a public institution or in a social organization where I could collect data from what people think about the operation of an institution or some topic that we were investigating.   I would ideally like to work where I can be in contact with people in something where I fel that I am helping in good cause.   If its something related to gender problems or work with kids, it Will be perfect to meBut any experience in something related to my carer i Wpould be grateful for that. Post 1. Cuba

  There are so many places and countries I'd like to visit but Cuba is definitely one of the places that I would like to go the most. Personally, I've alays been drawn to places with beaches, heat and mostly I really want to visit all Latin America and Central America. I would like to visit Cuba for 3 main reasons. First, as I said, I would very much like to enjoy the beaches, swimming, the water,  the sand and relaxing atmosphere of the sea. Second, I think the history of Cuba is very particular, interesting and something that I am passionate about. And the third reason is that I am very curious about the personality and the way in wich Cubans see life. If I could stay to work for a few months, I would be happy to do it. That would allow me to know more about places and people, which are my greatest motivation.  I hope I can make that trip.

Post 2. My best holidays ever

  My best holidays were in Brazil in the summer of 2019. I went to different places,  beaches and amazing natural landscapes, for 10 days with my family. The most attractive thing to do was going to the beach and enjoying the sea. It was a super relaxing vacation, listening to the noise of the sea and what I liked the most was that the people were also relaxed and in a good mood, everyone was really kind. Particularly, Buzios was my favorite place we visited, because it was a safe place, clean and the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to.   In the middle of the trip we went to Rio de Janeiro, and I can not say that i didn't like that place but Buzios was my favorite. Rio compared to Buzios, is a bigger city, noisier and with many people everywhere all the time and I am not a big fan of cities and noise.
